❤️ Intensive phases is the best thing that happened to me. But I don't want to stop at one point. To do the same program every month. I want to move, grow, improve. The last SOLO SHOW was one of the best experiences in my life! We experienced so many emotions: communication, support, love, crying, touching, pride and inspiration.

❓ WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

✔️ Phase 1-2 required. 

If you have never studied with me, I recommend  to go through the online version of the intensive phase 1-2 certification program. You need a time to adapt for my teaching methods and learn many tools before we'll start this professional program. Otherwise first time with me will be too much information for your body and mind and it will be too much stressful and you will have 1 million questions. Phase 1 and 2 will get  you knowleges, which we can use here as a basement and learn more. 

If you have done with Phase 1-2 (or even 3) and you want to create a new solo performance with new tools and skills to use them in your own choreography - you're welcome! This is a completely new program!

Your dance level not so much important as your DESIRE! If you feel deep down that you want or need to do it ... DO IT!

1. Music suggestions, if you lost with choice.

2. Costume recommendations. Show me everything what you have, we'll try to find the solution.

3. I can help you to montage the video before the show. The best thing you can do - record 3-4 versions of your solo performance (general frame, close frame, side frame).
